Shipping
We prefer to ship using the United States Post Office (USPS) and ship within 1-2 business days. Some products may ship with DHL. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and your location. You have the option of standard, priority, and express shipping. We offer free standard shipping in the United States on all orders over $55. We ship worldwide.
Sustainability
We use as many compostable packaging materials as possible in order to be environmentally friendly. We intentionally choose glass over plastic as often as possible for our bodycare products. A few products, such as our crown oil come in squeeze bottles, and the only solution we could find for that was a plastic bottle. All others are in glass. We use cardboard boxes and paper filler, though some use of plastic is simply inevitable for things like bubble wrap and tape. Working primarily with glass does increase the cost and weight of the products and the packaging material required to ship them safely. Thank you for your support and understanding in this endeavor.
Cancellations & Refunds
We love our customers and strive to achieve a 5 star customer experience. We apologize if we did not meet that mark and will do our best to make it right.
We accept returns of unworn, unused, undamaged products within 30 days with the exception of books, magazines, and items marked Final Sale. Anything marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
If you have a concern about your order or would like to start a return, please send us an email at namaste@liveologyyogastudios.com.
We charge a $7 flat rate fee to help cover the cost of return shipping for guests. Paid members in the U.S. receive free returns. We will email you a return shipping label which you can print and apply to the outside of the original packaging. The shipping fee, if applied, will be deducted from the amount of the return.
