Information


  1. Begin on the knees. Make sure the lower legs are parallel behind you.

  2. Reach both hands back toward the feet at the same time, placing the heels of the hands on the heels of the feet and the palms flat.

  3. Lift the chest and reach the hips forward.

  4. Hold for 5 or more breaths.
