Sanskrit Name: Dhanurasana

English Translation: Bow Posture


Dhanura - Bow

Asana - Posture


  1. Begin face down on the belly

  2. Bend the legs and reach back to grab the ankles.

  3. On an inhale, lift the chest and legs up, pulling yourself like a bow. Hold for 5 breaths.
