MORNING MYSORE
Practice Ashtanga yoga to your own breath at your own pace. Heated room.

Those new to Ashtanga will be taught a small portion of the sequence on their first day. As you memorize the sequence, you will learn 1-2 postures at a time. 

This is the only true all levels class accessible to individuals with injuries and disabilities because you can practice at your own pace.


LED 1/2 PRIMARY SERIES
Led class with full instruction. Faster pace. Beginners welcome!
 
We practice up to Navasana and then skip to Urdhva Dhanurasana and closing postures. Half the vinyasas. Heated Room.


ASHTANGA TIPS
Practice Regularly
in the Ashtanga yoga method, we practice a set sequence with potent benefits. To reap the greatest rewards from your practice, it is recommended to practice at least 3 days/week, though 5-6 days can yield significantly faster.

Let the Tapas Build
Tapas are the inner fire of transformation. Water puts out fire, so it is recommended not to drink water during class and to hydrate in advance of class so you can sweat out any toxins and impurities.

Shorts & a sports bra are Appropriate
Be prepared to sweat! it's totally acceptable to dress accordingly.
